Through sovereignty certification, trust arrangements, and allodial title recognition, FRRf provides a pathway for individuals seeking greater clarity, organisation, and intentional engagement in their private affairs.

The guiding principle of “working with and not against,” originally articulated through the philosophy and documentation of Sri Dr. Lord Grantham Taylor Hughes and The Bauer foundation (TBf), reflects an approach based on peaceful engagement, cooperation, and constructive participation.
FRRf seeks to work respectfully alongside sovereign governments, institutions, and individuals who value clarity, order, and mutual progress. Rather than focusing on conflict or opposition, the emphasis is placed on sovereignty, private organisation, and the ability of individuals to engage with greater awareness and intentionality.
FRRf also maintains working relationships and registrar functions associated with the Sovereign International Court of Justice and the Sovereign International Criminal Court.

FRRf is currently working in partnership with a number of Solidarities—groups of individuals collaborating on shared objectives within aligned principles of engagement. These collaborations focus on developing practical initiatives that support long-term community organisation, resilience, and structured cooperation during periods of transition.
FRRf is also engaged in the development of community-oriented environments with core infrastructure considerations, including housing, agriculture, production, hospitality, healthcare, education, trade, dispute resolution, security, and transport systems. The organisation continues to expand its international presence as a private registry and advocate for structured and peaceful sovereign engagement.

Eagle-Eye Ministries
Our Eagle-Eye Ministries supports the integrity of First Republic Registrar foundation, including its intellectual property, partnerships, and operational activities.
To maintain clarity, consistency, and ethical standards across engagements, a number of focused departments have been established to provide careful oversight and attention to detail in areas relating to conduct, security, and organisational integrity.
The first two ministerial departments are outlined below:
International Private Advocate Department
Operating within principles of common law, this department supports the resolution of disputes on behalf of First Republic Registrar foundation community members.
Where appropriate, it engages with relevant external parties and organisations to facilitate structured resolution processes.
International Institutions Observer Department
This department monitors developments within international institutions, regulatory environments, and legal frameworks.
It observes and reports on changes relevant to the interests and operations of First Republic Registrar foundation activities.
FRRf is partnered with several groups, cooperatives and organizations in a context that reflects our humanitarian priorities.

Natural law
Based on Universal Cycles, Seasons, Principles and Tendencies of Absolute-Nature – governing the interactions and sovereignty of living men and women and all elements of natural life in existence.
Common Law
Presently the Uniform Commercial code – aka Private International Common Law – governing the interactions of international trade, business and commerce across multiple jurisdictions.
Admiralty Law
Localised Statutes, Legislations, Acts of Parliament and Corporate Policies – governing the interactions of documentary legal entities, legal persons and corporations within specific jurisdictions.

Sovereignty and its Relationship to Natural Law Is…
A set of universal, inherent, objective, non-man-made, eternal and immutable conditions, that govern the consequences of behaviors of beings, with the capacity for understanding the difference between harmful and non-harmful behavior.
The understanding of Natural Law is centered upon bringing our own Conscience into alignment with Objective Morality.
This means definitely KNOWING which behaviors are RIGHTS because they do NOT cause harm nor loss to other sentient beings, and which behaviors are WRONGS because they DO cause harm or loss to other sentient beings.
Master Trust Account
The Antrustiones (Trust Officers) of FRRf continue to work with the purpose and intention that everyone who has corrected their position with respect to corporations, can gain access to having a Master account in Thaleri currency, being the Certified Sovereign living man or woman as the beneficiary of the same. This has been achieved thanks to the Agreement signed with FRRf, the Kingdom of Atmaurium and the Central Bank of Atmaurium.
