First Republic Registrar foundation

First Republic Registrar foundation (FRRf) was established on 12 December 2013 as an international common law registry and private records archive.

Its purpose is to provide a structured platform for the formal recording of individual standing, property interests, and private conveyances within a defined framework.

Institutional Recognition

In July 2017, the Registrar was formally recognised within the framework of the Sovereign International Court of Justice and the Sovereign International Criminal Court.

This recognition established FRRf as a designated registrar within that structure, with responsibility for recording and maintaining specific forms of documentation and certification.

Core Function

FRRf operates as a registry and recording body. Its primary functions include:

  • Recording sovereignty certification
  • Registering common law trust structures
  • Recording title to property and private conveyances

These functions are conducted within a structured contractual framework, referencing established commercial principles where applicable.

Legal and Structural Framework

FRRf acknowledges the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) as a governing framework for contractual interaction within its processes.

Within this context:

  • All registrations and certifications are treated as structured agreements
  • All documentation is created and recorded with defined intent and form

The Foundation itself is established as a common Law Pure Trust (cLPT), operating under its own defined principles and provisions.

International Position

As of February 2024, FRRf is seated within the House of Atmaurium of the Talismanic Kingdom of Atmaurium.

In this capacity, it operates with recognised international standing and functions in support of intergovernmental and institutional cooperation through its treaty framework.

Institutional Structure

FRRf operates through a structured system of departments and appointed officials.

These departments are responsible for:

  • Maintaining operational integrity
  • Safeguarding intellectual property
  • Supporting ethical and procedural standards

All officials operate under oath, affirming their commitment to honour, good faith, and full responsibility in all actions undertaken within the Foundation.

Sovereign Framework

FRRf is built upon the principle that individuals may formalise their standing through structured processes.

Within this framework:

  • Sovereignty Certification establishes recognised standing
  • common Law Pure Trust structures provide organisational frameworks
  • Property title processes extend this structure into physical assets

These elements form a progressive system, allowing individuals to engage at the level appropriate to them.

Certification and Underwriting

A Sovereign Underwriter within FRRf is an individual authorised to facilitate and issue Sovereignty Certification within the framework.

This role carries responsibility for ensuring that certification is conducted in accordance with defined process and structure.

Notarial Function

Within its recognised capacity, FRRf supports notarial functions relating to the witnessing and authentication of documents.

These functions include:

  • Witnessing agreements and contracts
  • Verifying signatories
  • Applying official seals and records

Notarial processes are conducted within a structured framework and are supported by appointed officials operating under defined authority.

Closing Position

FRRf exists as a structured and intentional system for those who choose to formalise their standing as sovereigns and engage within defined frameworks.

Participation is voluntary and conducted with clarity, structure, and purpose.
