FRRf is a Sovereign Inter-Governmental Organization with “Eagle-Eye” Ministries and a Private Records Archive under land and soil jurisdiction, in accordance with Natural and Customary International Law.
To clarify our slogan of “working with and not against” (ref: Sri Dr. Lord Grantham Taylor, Hughes; The Bauer foundation – TBf), simply means that FRRf works peacefully with all good sovereign governments and people worldwide. We take the simple stance of working with everyone for progress. Albeit we are all aware of unconscionable financial greed, here at FRRf, we are not trying to identify the culprits, instead, we focus attention on our inherent birthright to sovereignty, and the phenomenal progress that collectively, we can all achieve.

FRRf is currently working in partnership with several Solidarities, meaning people who have come together in groups, to focus on various missions that aim to become beacons of hope in a time of change and transformation. We are also working towards establishing golden-age communities, with all the amenities and necessities required for fully functioning, independent states.
FRRf is now well on its’ way to attaining worldwide recognition as an International presence, and advocate for private and peaceful Sovereign jurisdictions, with a focus on infrastructure for including, but not limited to homes, farms, industrial factories, hotels, health resorts, schools, hospitals, tourism, education, trade, banking, arbitration courts, security, coast guard, as well as air and sea ports.

Eagle-Eye Ministries
Safeguarding the integrity of First Republic Registrar foundation, its’ intellectual property, partner nations, organizations and related operations, is of utmost importance. To support this endeavor, it has been agreed by the Board of Trustees to establish a number of departments, that will pay “eagle-eyed” attention to detail, as it pertains to social justice, security and upholding ethical practice in all dealings. The first two of such ministerial departments are as follows:
International Private Advocate Department
Operating within the framework of common Law, we work together with other agencies and organizations to resolve disputes on behalf of individual First Republic Registrar foundation community members.
International Institutions Observer Department
As custodians of sovereignty, we shall assume the much needed position as an Eagle-Eyed watch for unfair practices in world affairs, and be vigilant of breaches or changes in regulations and law, that may adversely impact our Sovereign territories and operations.
FRRf is partnered with several groups, cooperatives and organizations in a context that reflects our humanitarian priorities.

Based on Universal Cycles, Seasons, Principles and Tendencies of Absolute-Nature – governing the interactions and sovereignty of living men and women and all elements of natural life in existence.
Common Law
Presently the Uniform Commercial code – aka Private International Common Law – governing the interactions of international trade, business and commerce across multiple jurisdictions.
Admiralty Law
Localised Statutes, Legislations, Acts of Parliament and Corporate Policies – governing the interactions of documentary legal entities, legal persons and corporations within specific jurisdictions.

A set of universal, inherent, objective, non-man-made, eternal and immutable conditions, that govern the consequences of behaviors of beings, with the capacity for understanding the difference between harmful and non-harmful behavior.
